AUXILIARY ENGINE / WARTSILA SACM UD25L6

Crankshaft was inspected and measured. Installed on the engine block with standard crankpin and main bearings.
Turbocharger overhauled.
All friction parts replaced using the appropriate repairing kits.
Cylinder heads inspected and valves, valve seats, valve guides and injectors guide bushes replaced where needed.
All piston rings and grooves replaced with new ones.
Connecting rods cleaned and inspected.
Liners found with big wear more than nominal and replaced with new spare.
Cooling fresh water pump and Lub.Oil pump cleaned and inspected thoroughly. Cooling fresh water and Lub.Oil Cooler both sides chemically cleaned.

AUXILIARY ENGINE / DAIHATSU 5DC-17

New crankshaft installed on the engine block with standard crankpin and main bearings.

New crankshaft installed on the engine block with standard crankpin and main bearings.
Turbocharger overhauled. All friction parts replaced using repairing kits.
Cylinder heads inspected.
Valves, valve seats, valve guides and injectors guide bushes replaced where needed.
All piston rings and grooves replaced with new ones.
Connecting rods cleaned and inspected.
Liners found with big wear more than nominal and replaced with new spare.
Air cooler, cooling fresh water pump, Lub.Oil filter, Turbocharger Lub.Oil filter cleaned and inspected thoroughly.
Lub.Oil cooler both sides chemically cleaned.

ON SITE GRINDING AND POLISHING

We have been working in the field of on-site grinding of crankshaft services like crankshaft repair, crankshaft reconditioning and crankpin reconditioning. On site grinding of crankshaft with special portable machine for diameter varied from 160mm to 240mm saves downtime, cost and also eliminates the risk factors involved in transportation and handling of crankshaft. In-situ grinding and repair services are provided by our trained and experienced technicians without removing the crankshaft from the diesel engine.

Broken part from port side (Unit 2) of crankcase door.
NTD check on the affected area of fracture due to cracks and microcracks. Cleaning, grinding and preparation of the surrounding area.
The existing broken iron cast pieces were fitted on door casing.
Metal stitching procedure applied in order to overcome the damage.

Broken part from port side (Unit 1) of crankcase door.
NTD check on the affected area of fracture due to cracks and microcracks. Cleaning, grinding and preparation of the surrounding area.
Construction in our workshop of the appropriate iron cast piece fitted on door casing with the relevant mill specification.
Fitting of cast iron and metal stitching to the damaged area.
